Jenna Pennrose/Philosopher/Poet/Vessel of Universal love/Co-creator of 'The Mother Loving Future' Podcast (coming soon)
AKA Ascension Mama
What is your definition of a crushable girl?
A girl that follows the beat of her own drum, does not care about mainstream acceptance, and has a burning desire to change the world for the betterment of all, not for ego.
What is your heart’s path?
To embody love, to be a vessel of light, to communicate truth, and to use my talents wherever they are needed to make this world a little brighter.
What are you working on right now?
Currently, I am writing a children’s book and also a manifesto on multi-dimensional morality. I am also editing and publishing some exciting books for other Ascension authors. Not to mention a weekly blog…and (epic) weekly Podcast.
Daily rituals to support your health and happiness?
Energetic shielding meditations and grounding cord meditations multiple times a day.
What makes you glow?
If I ever glow, it is from within, with the infinite, unconditional love of true spirit.
What is your secret to a successful relationship?
A joint mission and the ego must die. In my opinion, both partners should put the other before themselves.
Who are you listening to right now?
My spirit guides.
How do you nourish your inner goddess?
I heal myself. I work hard to put a priority on removing all internal blockages that prevent me from FULLY manifesting my inner goddess in the outer world 100% of the time.
Something you currently cannot go without?
Coconut oil, essential oils, pink Himalayan salt, turmeric, apple cider vinegar
4 best beauty secrets?
1. Using organic coconut oil everywhere.
2. Making my own beauty products (see my website for recipes) including a face serum using rose essential oil diluted in cold pressed jojoba or rosehip oil.
3. Drinking nothing but plenty of pure and clean water (sometimes tea).
4. Eating all organic if possible.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Following my heart in spite of everything. And my two babies.
What is your unique gift?
Poetry. I can pretty much speak in rhyming iambic pentameter or limerick.
…Amber came up to me one day,
Saying, “A question or two, if I may?”
So I said that I would,
I’d send back when I could,
Now I’m here filling out this survey.
What are 3 ways of being that have contributed to your success?
1. Remaining heart-based (instead of relying on linear mental processes)
2. Staying open-minded and flexible, as things beyond our wildest dreams are possible and happening as we speak.
3. Trusting my intuition.
What is your favorite scent?
What taste on your lips can you not get enough of?
Strawberries. But if you mean what food flavors can I not get enough of, then yes strawberries, pesto, and anything almond (marzipan, amaretto, almond milk, ect).
What are you letting go of?
What are you calling in?
The strength to be a lighthouse of unconditional love and the undeniable wisdom of Truth/Spirit/Source in a dark, dark world.
What inspiring words of wisdom would you give your 10 year old self?
Keep listening to the Beatles, good call.
What do you LOVE about your yourself
I am partial to my eyelashes (no mascara necessary) and the shape of my hands (born to play piano, I guess), but more than any physical characteristic, I love that I am willing to never compromise my commitment to shifting the consciousness of this planet toward love and peaceful sustainability. I LOVE my whole-hearted commitment to my path with every cell of my body, I LOVE living this fully every day of my life.
